Devasted population
Vast Lands Devasted by Huge Populations!
Me and my husband are best buddies to argue over
the one point each time. Yesterday suddenly my husband asked me why the ancient
great, enriched civilizations are comparatively backward as of now? What are
the reasons?
I am a simple apolitical housewife. I tried to explain
through my over- the-time experience.
At the end of each revolution, civilizations and corporations
attain a plateau of comfort. They have too much at stake underlying nice
infrastructure to attempt a new revolution. The new revolution could
shake heavily. Indians, live in unity in diversity, had lot of scopes of really
good manufacturing that was not just industrialization. They produced the
fine textiles, but scoffed at cheap stuff produced by mechanization. Their
brainchild production of ayurvedic concepts of herbal medicines , spices that
patented and imported from abroad..... so on... By the time they realize the
value of this new revolution, they are done and sank to the bottom.
There are no constant winners in the Earth. No civilization can hold on
to their superiority for a long time more than a few centuries at a time, as we
humans fundamentally hate changes unless we have no other choices. Thus every
few centuries, the existing powers are toppled and new ones emerge. Then again
these new ones are toppled and a few others emerge. History repeats!
There are always a bunch of wannabes who have nothing to loose and would
immediately get into the revolution. They would start of with cheap knockoffs
and imitations to achieve some parity with the leaders. That's what Europe did at the start of the modern era - they attempted
to produce cheap imitations of oriental wares. That's what Japan did in 20th
century, that's what China is doing now, in a contrast - late enough, that's
what India is doing too...
But to catching up others, India needs more R&D with solid
technology. But whoever will think positively will be in jinx.
Look at India. Indians are so busy celebrating their ancient past that they
turn a blind eye towards the reality of present. In contrast to United
States, there are a few social issues too that they need to sort out. And they
can solve easily by seeing history of other countries. But no, they
follow their unique instinct to solve American way... NIH is better example.
Under heap of rotten religious believes , people totally confused
in between heritage & so called diversity! If we look around in the
demographic map, can see United States, Europe, Australia.... all are having Christian,
Jews, Hindu, Muslim citizen are amicably staying with each other in the same
locality. But they are not vocal about “Unity in Diversity" ,
because they want to survive peacefully with each other.
If one Indian receives maltreatment from any other country, all started
screaming "racism "! Do we look at us? Foreigners are walking, all
becomes roadside Romeo. If foreigner's skin colour is darker side, then
we all started assuming the darker side of the one! Not enough? For we Indians,
groom could be darkest in colour but bride should be fairer. And then
also we shamelessly vocal about "Racism "!!
Before finish my article, want check that can they rise again? Off
course, but there are some limiting factors. Foremost, there is merely
visible of intact gene pool! They have decimated to the point where is no hope
for the future. Secondly, they have accepted all regressive social norms,
religious practices, political ideologies without understanding. Third,
most regressive activity is political ideologies by where politicians are
ruling us with all type of regressive from population to illiteracy, foeticide
to dowry, rape to terrorism, corruption to unemployment, farmers debt to
middle-class over burdened tax.
Now, we need to think from the beginning where we belong(?) – dragging down
to history to our glorious past or pulling us from dearth to bright future with further advancement in science and technology...
