Let's understand first 'Inspire Inclusion'

IWD 2024 campaign theme was 'Inspire Inclusion'.

Let's understand first what is Inspire Inclusion focus from IWD 2024. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forget a better version of world. There's always a true sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment; when women themselves are inspired to be included in workplace and every department of the society. Collectively, for IWD 2024 world platform aimed to forge a more inclusive world for women.

In India, women have historically faced significant barriers in achieving equal treatment in the workplace. This inequality can have severe consequences, both for individual women and for society as a whole. It is essential to promote inclusivity in workspace in India, specifically for women, to achieve gender equality, foster diversity and provide equal opportunities for all employees. 

In West Bengal, from our Head of the Minister, who is also holding health and home ministry (currently only inclusive leader in top as head in India) and her Bidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha team where majority numbers of MLAs & MPs are female only who don't roars but mewing with vegue, unimportant topics in Bidhan Sabha & Parliament; actually show casing  their branded bags, sunglasses, attires.... they are true puppet of ruling party benches of West Bengal Bidhan Sabha and opposition benches of  Indian Parliament. Unfortunately these heavily inducted (sorry, they cannot win election without mass manulipulation probably, after seeing continuous and increasing chaos in the State) women leaders leading ruling party is worthless and incapable to protect the vulnerable West Bengal residents, especially women & girls. Till now we are waiting for Abhoya's justice and from 9th August where people are in agitation in the road, the  lumpens, bastards continue to rape, molestation, abusing several everyday....... And those leaders are mute audience!! Hope, you all understand why I said inducted women leaders.

Most appreciable campaign is "Beti Padao, Beti Banchao"! But, in our state daughter studied high and higher, but loose her life brutally by the bastards......  Our State and other States and Centre... all government are mute audience!! Still parents, under low income will follow the campaign  or wait till their daughters age of 21 for their wedding?
