How is your Sunday?



After promising my darling son that I will take him to Ganesh temple,  Shahakarnagar, Bangalore to Darshan lord Ganesh from opening door in the morning; I miserably failed as I had high fever due to fulfilling my guilty pleasure with vanilla ice-cream, topped with chocolate syrup @ 12:30am last night. Anyway,  with his gentle nursing with immense love, helped me to stand up on my own!! Great... isn't it?

Though his cares are unconditional; but I wanted to reward with my experty easy culinary tips.

My darling son or husband,  both don't prefer any food that served by saying " FUSION combination"; they have strong taste buds and want authentic food.

So, I thought to make Portuguese rice with honey roasted rootsesery chicken legs.....

And, done!! My son is happy,  so, I am ❤️❤️❤️.
